What is the UL Mark? The UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is the most widely recognized and accepted mark in evidence of a product’s compliance with US and Canadian safety requirements. It is the most valued product symbol to the North American consumer as well as to the manufacturers. UL Listing Mark
 The UL Listing Mark is used when a product sample has been tested and evaluated to meet US safety standards. These are based on UL’s own published Standard’s for Safety. C-UL Listing Mark
 The C-UL Mark is given to products that have been tested to meet Canadian safety requirements. This mark is seen on appliances, computer equipment, vending machines, household burglar alarm systems, lighting fixtures and other types of products.
C-UL-US Listing Mark
 The C-UL-US Mark is given to products that are going into the market in both the US and Canada. It shows compliance with both Canadian and US requirements for the classified products has been met. Classification Mark  The products what have this mark have been tested for specific properties, a limited amount of dangers, or appropriateness for use under limited or special conditions. Most products classified by UL fall into the general categories of building materials and industrial equipment.
Recognized Component Mark for Canada and the United States

The UL Recognized Component Mark can be used on parts of a larger product or system. It is certified by UL in both Canadian and US standards. These parts may be restricted on their performance and can be incomplete in construction.
